"I went to the Urgent Care and was seen by a PA. They asked me my symptoms and within minutes the PA told me that I would need to go to U of M to be treated. It was beyond her ability/supplies. She told me that I would not be charged. I was in the office all of 10 minutes. A charge did show up on my bill. When I disputed it, they told me that I was seen and therefore charged. This is not about patient care. This is about the bottom line: MONEY! I will not go back. This is also the same place where I took a 48 hour lab too and they botched it, leaving me to do the test all over again. Hands down, not a place to entrust your health with."
